Lindsey Jean

Lindsey Jean has been a licensed real estate agent in California since 2004 and a licensed broker since 2008.  Lindsey also owned a construction company from 2004 – 2010.
 
Over the past few years Lindsey has acted as a realtor, investor and business owner.  As an agent she specialized in high-end luxury properties until 2008 when lending for jumbo loans became nearly impossible.  She followed the market and started helping investors find, fund and flip properties.   In 2009 she stopped acting as an agent and acted as solely as an investor/wholesaler.   Her construction company employed 12 staff members who participated in rehabs throughout Southern California.
 
Today Lindsey’s real estate business consists of wholesaling real estate with a team of licensed realtors that bring her phenomenal deals.  She cherry picks the very best properties to rehab and flip herself.
